This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the types of information that VideoStorm, Inc. ("we", "us", "our", "VideoStorm") collects, uses and shares about you, as well as your rights and choices regarding such information. This Privacy Policy applies to our online websites that we offer and link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”) as well as our digital platform (the “Platform”). The Site and the Platform shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Services”.

The Platform that makes up part of the Services is a platform-as-a-service that we provide to our business customers (“Advertiser Clients”) through which Advertiser Clients may offer direct online sales via its advertisements. When you engage with an advertisement such as selecting a unique package to purchase, you may be provided a QR code and/or a shopping cart feature that directly takes you to the point-of-sale transaction page in order to complete your purchase with the Advertiser. As part of this service, we may collect certain information in order to provide you the Platform, as well as certain information related to your engagement with an Advertiser Client in accordance with our contract with the Advertiser Client.

Company collects certain information that may be considered personally identifiable information (“PII”) from you when you use the Services. This information is collected and stored electronically by us. This information may be provided to us voluntarily by you and/or collected automatically by us from you. The following sections explain the different categories of information collected from the respective sources of information.
We collect information about you that you may voluntarily provide to us through the Services. For example, you may provide information to us in order for us to contact you, to learn more about our products and services, or for customer support. In the course of providing certain aspects of the Services for our Advertiser Clients, we collect and process certain interaction data that may be combined with Advertiser Identifiers (“Customer Data”). Customer Data has historically included content, service use data, and device connectivity and configuration data, among other information. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the terms of our service agreements with our Advertiser Clients, and not this Privacy Policy. To the extent we combine Customer Data with information we have collected through the Services, we will treat the combined information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, plus any additional restrictions imposed by our Advertiser Clients. We are not responsible for how our Advertiser Clients treat the Customer Data, and we recommend you review their respective privacy policies.

We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand how users access and use the Services. In addition, we work with agencies, advertisers, ad networks, and other technology services to place ads about our products and services on other websites and services. For example, we place ads through Google and Facebook that you may view on their platforms as well as on other websites and services.

We have implemented reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you, collected from you, or submitted by you.
We are based in the U.S. and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. If you are accessing the Services from outside of the U.S., please be aware that information collected through the Services may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the U.S. and other jurisdictions. Data protection laws in the U.S. and other jurisdictions may be different from those of your country of residence.
Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations.
Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is no industry consensus as to what site and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Google provides tools to allow you to opt out of the use of certain information collected by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and by Google Analytics for Display Advertising or the Google Display Network at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
E-mails. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the instructions as provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link, or emailing us at the email address set out in the “Contact Us” section below with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the email. Please note that you cannot opt-out of non-promotional emails, such as those about your account, transactions, servicing, or Company’s ongoing business relations.
When you engage with an advertisement on our system, the specific Advertiser Client offering such advertisement will be provided certain information about. We do not control such Customer Data, and you should review the privacy policy of such Advertiser Client to determine what information it may be processing about you and your rights and choices with respect to such information. If you do not wish for an Advertiser Client to receive your information, do not use our Services in connection with such Advertiser Client’s advertisements.
Our Services are not directed towards, nor was it designed to attract the attention of any children, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from any person under the age of thirteen.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, we may provide you additional notice to your email address or in another reasonable manner. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) requires each business to establish a designated request address where Nevada consumers may submit requests directing the business not to sell certain kinds of personal information that the business has collected or will collect about the consumer. A sale under Nevada law is the exchange of personal information for monetary consideration by the business to a third party for the third party to license or sell the personal information to other third parties. Customers who are residents of California may request (i) a list of the categories of personal information disclosed by us to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes; and (ii) a list of the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such information. To exercise a request, please write us at the email or postal address set out in “Contact Us” above and specify that you are making a “California Shine the Light Request.” We may require additional information from you to allow us to verify your identity and are only required to respond to requests once during any calendar year.
