Kim Goh, Acting CEO & Co-Lead Investor

Kim Goh has been an active angel investor for twelve years and a general partner at Hudson Ventures since 2000. The firm is nearing the end of its successful HVP Venture Fund II harvesting phase. Before Hudson Ventures, Mr. Goh held senior management positions in banking and healthcare, including Head of Retail Operations at Chemical Banking Corporation and Technology Head at Citibank. He was also the Executive Vice President responsible for technology at Merck/Medco.

Mr. Goh has invested in over a dozen early-stage companies, acting as CEO for VideoStorm and serving on boards for companies like Interactive Cards and EventCombo. His investment portfolio includes notable names like BarkBox.com, ZocDoc, and Ripple.

Mr. Goh holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts from Southampton College, a Master of Economics from The New School, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia, and a Master of Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard.

Brad Braddock, Advisor & Co-Lead Investor

Brad Braddock is the son of Rick Braddock, who until his death in September 2024 was VideoStorm’s CEO, Executive Chairman & Lead Investor. He now manages Rick’s investment in VideoStorm.

Mr. Braddock is a venture capitalist and marketer who has been a partner with Meeting Street Capital since 2018, and has served on many boards including Citibot, PunchlistUSA, ProTrustee, GoodUnited, Movi Healthcare, Unacast, and AlumniSync, which he co-founded. Earlier in his career he led marketing for Blackbaud (BLKB), Studer Group (purchased by Huron), Imediation, and Prime Response. He began his career at Intel and Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Braddock is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.

Rick Braddock himself began his business career in 1965, spending a number of years in product management at General Foods.  He joined Citicorp in 1973, was elected to the board of directors in 1985 and was elected president and chief operating officer of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary, Citibank, N.A. in January 1990.  During most of his time at the bank, he ran Citi’s highly successful global consumer business, leading the development of several major businesses, including the largest credit card business in the world and the first to deploy touch screen ATM’s, now the technology standard in several industries.  He left in late November, 1992.

Since then, his career was primarily in serving in executive positions of fast-growth businesses, helping entrepreneurs scale their business models.  In 1993, he became chief executive officer of Medco Containment services until its acquisition by Merck later in the year, the largest M&A transaction of the year.  He served as Chairman of True North Communications Inc. from December 1997 to January of 1999.  He served as chairman and CEO of Priceline from August 1998 to April 2004, taking Priceline public in 1999.  He served as chairman and CEO of Fresh Direct from March, 2008, until his departure from the company in early 2011.  During these years, he worked with several other companies and also alongside several venture capital and private equity firms including Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, General Atlantic, and MidOcean Partners (chairman from April 2003 until December 2007).

At the time of his passing, Mr. Braddock held senior leadership positions in several early-stage companies:  Gravy Analytics, Axtria, Pypestream, and VideoStorm.  He was a major investor in all four, along with several other early stage companies, but chose to focus primarily on VideoStorm as CEO in October 2022.

Mr. Braddock was a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.

David Sidman, Founder & Chief Administrative Officer

David Sidman is VideoStorm’s founder and CAO.  Previously, Mr. Sidman served as Director of New Publishing technologies for John Wiley & Sons, where he helped the US’ oldest independent publisher transition its print business to the Web through a combination of strategy development, internal projects enabling organic growth, and external acquisitions/investments.  Prior to Wiley, Mr. Sidman held senior management positions in the technology, finance and information businesses of Barclays Bank, Moody’s Investors Service, Shearson Lehman Hutton/American Express, Mercantile Stores and the American Society of Civil Engineers.  He is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College, where he also taught Physics, Mathematics and Philosophy as an undergraduate.

Timothy Ross, Chief Technology Officer

Tim Ross is the chief designer, architect and builder of Videostorm’s current platform and the leader of our Technology team.  Mr. Ross is responsible for  Videostorm’s differentiating technical innovations and patents.  Mr. Ross has a long and successful history with front-end development for e-commerce, including experience at RealNetworks, Jobvana, Rugsale.com and several other companies.  He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University. 

Jeffrey Griffin, Jr., Vice President, Publisher Sales Development & Operations

Jeffrey Griffin is both VideoStorm’s lead in developing a Publisher-Reseller channel, and the head of Operations, overseeing all client service including creative development, campaign launch, and post-launch reporting & analytics. Over the past several years, he has focused his attention on technology innovation within the digital advertising industry and building a number of start-ups, including How’z Dat Entertainment, Studio 259 NYC, ShowMeVideoke, Global Rich Media and Publisher Specs. Jeffrey received his Economics & Finance degree from SUNY College at Buffalo.

Durk Barnhill, Member, Executive Advisory Board

Durk Barnhill is a member of our Executive Advisory Board focusing on digital marketing and digital media. He has a 25-year career record of developing brands for growth. He is a proven CEO and CMO with the business acumen and superior people skills which help drive, grow and shape successful creative companies. He leads with a vision for the future and an understanding of how to compete in today’s transformational marketing environment.

Durk currently leads all US business development activities for Landor & Fitch (WPP), the world’s largest brand strategy and design firm.

Formerly, he was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi NY, President of TAXI NYC, and Head of New Business at Mother, all agencies.  His vast experience in working with both B2B and B2C brands allows him to understand a client’s needs quickly and determine the right solutions to get the job done.

Durk is a graduate of Trinity College-Hartford.
